Mission

The mission of INET is to provide an infrastructure organized by the Department of Family Medicine to unite family physicians and other research professionals.

Goals

The goals of INET are to:

  • Develop relevant questions and methods for quality data collection.
  • Conduct research on common problems presenting to family physicians, including the promotion of healthy behaviors.
  • Serve as a functional lab for the study of important Indiana-specific primary care problems.
  • Provide the research infrastructure that unites private practice and university researchers.
  • Determine existing health disparities and eliminate future health disparities by providing valuable practice data and feedback.
